Hello my name is Oliver Lambert and I am proud to be part of the Mosaic team in London.
Whilst growing up, I have always had a keen interest in technology - I wrote my first computer programme in primary school - a quiz app my friends used to study for class tests.
During my time at Durham University, I helped to lead and grow two of the largest student business societies. Throughout this process I developed a deep respect for entrepreneurship and founders’ passion - something I knew I wanted to stay close to.
Prior to Mosaic I spent four years in strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman. I was fortunate enough to spend extended periods of time in Chicago, New York, London, Hong Kong and Sydney, supporting organisations to face a variety of strategic decisions. Whilst at the firm I was given permission to overhaul the global new-consultant training curriculum, focused on developing both incoming consultants' soft-skills and their analytical toolkits.
Over time I have been involved in a number of side-ventures, most notably developing a piece of productivity software now licensed to multiple businesses (including an ex-employer) and an online home-furnishings marketplace.
Outside of work, you can find me on the squash court, in an art gallery or exploring Europe.
