I'm Nella! I joined Mosaic in 2019, while summarising a thesis on cybersecurity gaps in the EU. Having worked for a few technology startups before and being highly interested in the overall machinery revolution, I knew that Mosaic is among the leading VCs in Europe which supports founders in their early-stage tech endeavours.
For all these reasons, joining the team was not an option - rather a very privileged chance! As an Operations Assistant, my key role is to ensure that databases are organised with the latest material, and that the team has quick and easy access to it. Besides data actions, I also assist with the lead research procedures. The creative approach to the latter has recently helped me to develop a new tracking strategy, which I am not allowed to share given the IP codex :)
Within the tech industry, my personal focus is currently moving towards the environmental sphere, to see how it can benefit rather than challenge the green world. I am very pleased that Mosaic shares this vision (e.g. Convoy) and is open-hearted & minded for future investments that go in an alignment with these values.
