Hi, I’m Jennifer. At Mosaic I'll be leading platform, providing value added services to Mosaic's portfolio companies and founders. I’m based in Berlin.
For the last 10 years I have had an opportunity to work with founders all over the world and am excited to bring that experience to Mosaic Ventures. I joined Mosaic from Techstars, where I was an early employee, joining to co-lead the Microsoft Accelerator in Seattle. I then built out accelerator operations from 6 programs in the US to 28 globally. I moved to Berlin to focus on international expansion. After that I led the community division team where we focused on growing and nurturing startup ecosystem leaders serving more than a million entrepreneurs through Startup Weekend, Startup Week and Startup Digest in 120 countries.
Prior to Techstars I worked in a variety of functions in startups as an early employee or founder including marketing, business, operations, community management and general management. I enjoy helping startup communities grow and have been active in different organizations that help. Before tech, I worked as a broadcast journalist for companies including CBS in the United States.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, going for walks in nature or exploring a city. I’m also getting my executive MBA at ESMT in Berlin, upgrading my German skills and continuing to be a mentor to startups.
