We are excited to announce our new early stage venture firm, based in London. Mosaic Ventures is investing its $140 million first fund in European founding teams.

Our three partners are Mike Chalfen, Simon Levene and Toby Coppel. We have over 30 years of experience investing on both sides of the Atlantic, and have invested in more than 70 companies across 10 countries that together have created approximately $200 billion of value. These include Alibaba, Criteo, Etsy and King, and other promising startups.

We've been fortunate to learn the venture and investment business at a number of great firms in Europe and the U.S., including Accel Partners, Advent Ventures Partners, Allen & Company, Apax Partners, Index Ventures, and Virgin. We also have extensive operating experience at leading West Coast companies such as Yahoo! and startups such as Excite@Home.
